Badri Baldawa founded Seeba Exporters from a small home-office in 1986 to a global business today. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary from India, prior to Seeba, Badri held senior executive roles for over 18 years in several leading organisations. His business philosophies – Creativity, Quality, Punctuality, Integrity and Professionalism – continue to drive the business as a leading supplier of high quality stainless steel kitchenware and homeware products. He has also been the President of the All India Stainless Steel Industries Association (AISSIA), besides being associated with various trade organizations like the Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC), Indian Council of Small Industries (ICSI) and the Indian Merchants Association (IMA).

Anand Baldawa

A Chartered Accountant turned Investment Banker turned Entrepreneur, Anand carries over 18 years of experience in transaction and M&A advisory services as well as manufacturing and international trade. He has worked with Robert W. Baird, Lehman Brothers, Ernst and Young and Arthur Andersen in the UK, the USA and India.

Anand joined Seeba in April 2012 with the aim of taking the family business into its second generation of operations and onto a new growth platform. With a passion to build new verticals and a keen sense of business, he aims to significantly grow Seeba’s presence in all dimensions – size, scale and scope. Since joining Seeba, he has expanded the business and started new business initiatives involving direct selling, innovation, product design and private equity investments. He also carries in-depth knowledge in real estate, financial markets and strategic business development.

Anand is a rank holder Chartered Accountant from India and has received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
